Where can I view your class schedule?
You can view the latest class schedule here or via our app, Poshy Pilates (Apple App Store | Google Play Store)
When does the booking window open?
Classes are available for booking up to 14 days in advance. New classes are released on a rolling basis.
How long is each session?
All group classes run for 50 minutes unless otherwise stated. Private and duet sessions follow the same duration.
Am I able to reserve a class spot without payment?
Class spots are confirmed only with an active package or membership.
What happens if a class is full?
You may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class.
What is your Waitlist Policy?
Waitlists are available for full classes. Clients are responsible for monitoring their booking status. If a client is added from the waitlist and does not attend, the class will be treated as a no-show and the credit will be deducted. Waitlists close 8 hours before the class start time. If no spot becomes available by then, you will be automatically removed from the waitlist to ensure sufficient notice. If a spot opens after the waitlist has closed, it will be released for general booking on a first-come, first-served basis.
First-Time Clients
I’ve never done Pilates before. Which class should I start with?
We recommend starting with Reformer Foundation, where you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates and the reformer machine.
How do I know which class is suitable for me?
Our class descriptions indicate the level and focus of each session. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you.
Do I need prior Pilates experience to join?
No prior experience is required for beginner classes such as Reformer Foundation. We highly recommend that you attend at least 3 sessions of Reformer Foundation before attending Reformer Flow I or Reformer Flow II.
How early should I arrive for my first class?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class so you have time to settle in and get familiar with the reformer.
Class Experience
What should I bring to class?
Please wear comfortable workout attire. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. You may also wish to bring a water bottle.
Do I need grip socks?
Yes, grip socks are required for all reformer classes to ensure safety and hygiene.
What time do I need to arrive before class?
Clients are kindly asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time to settle in and prepare.
A grace period of up to 5 minutes after class start time may be permitted at the instructor’s discretion. Entry after this time may not be allowed to ensure class flow and safety.
What is the maximum class size?
Our classes are intentionally kept small and intimate to ensure personalised attention and quality instruction.
What if the class feels too difficult for me?
Our instructors will always offer modifications to accommodate different experience levels and abilities.
Do you conduct lessons in Mandarin?
Presently, all of our classes are conducted in English. However, most of our instructors are bilingual and will be able to assist you in Mandarin if required.
Private & Duet Sessions
How do I book a Private session?
Private sessions can be booked through our booking platform or by contacting the studio directly.
How do I book a Duet session?
Duet sessions are booked together with a partner. Please contact us to arrange scheduling.
Who are Private sessions suitable for?
Private sessions are ideal for beginners, those recovering from injuries, or clients seeking personalised guidance.
Health & Safety
Can I join if I am pregnant or post-natal?
Clients who are pre- or post-natal are encouraged to consult their doctor before attending class. Please inform the instructor prior to class so appropriate modifications can be provided.
Will I be able to join classes if I have injuries or pre-existing medical conditions?
Clients with injuries or medical conditions should consult their doctor before attending. Please inform your instructor of any conditions prior to class so we can provide suitable modifications.
Health & Liability
Clients participate in all classes at their own risk. Poshy, its instructors, and the studio are not responsible for injuries or accidents sustained during or after class. Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class.
Studio Facilities
Are there shower facilities in the studio?
There are no shower facilities in the studio but we have a toilet and cosy vanity area for you.
Where is the studio located?
66 Kallang Bahru #01-513, Singapore 330066.
Is there parking nearby?
There are some parking lots available in front of the studio and there is also a HDB carpark just around the studio.
How do I get to the studio?
The nearest MRT station is Geylang Bahru (Downtown Line), approximately a 3–5 minute walk from the studio.
Packages & Memberships
How do I purchase a package?
Packages can be purchased directly through our booking platform.
Do packages have an expiry?
Yes, each package comes with their own validity period and you can find out more details by reading about the package T&Cs found in the Package Details page.
Can packages be shared with someone else?
Packages that are shareable will be labelled as a shareable package and the details of the number of people you can share with can be found in the Package Details page.
Are packages refundable or transferable?
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Policies
What is your Cancellation Policy?
All classes require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full class credit being deducted.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes after class start time may not be permitted to join the session.
Recording & Photography
Recording during class is not permitted without prior permission from the instructor. When approved, recording must be limited to yourself only and should not capture other clients or instructors.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a class package, drop-in, or trial, clients acknowledge and agree to all studio policies and terms.
